1 lb Fettuccine
1 tbsp EMMA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
3/4 cup Onions, diced
1 clove - Garlic, chopped
2 oz CASA ITALIA Grandoro Prosciutto Cotto, cut into 1/4" strips
1/4 cup Dry White Wine
1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
3/4 cup Frozen Sweet Peas
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Leaves, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
