In 1910, señora Ines Rosales began making olive oil tortas – a flaky, sweet and savoury cracker – in her home to sell at the train station in Seville, Spain. Today, the recipe has changed very little, still using 100% premium extra virgin olive oil, still shaped by hand, and then individually wrapped in waxed paper. The Tortas are offered in a variety of traditional flavours and packaged with care to make an everyday treat special and unique.
